Ok so without knowing a couple things, but that won't really mater till your ready to go triples cause they go hand in hand, the appropriate Graphics card will need an adequate power supply to run it. Having said that, the 6350 is a strong proc and you could do no wrong with it.
First and Foremost GO SDD! Just even a 256 GB for your OS and most played games , put "other" mods and games onto your larger Platter drive. I obviously prefer Samsung (speed & reliability), but am kinda liking the 600 pro line from Seagate too. Again it's a dig into to ratings and reviews for that.
I build of this MB for friends, have 5 of em (plus my own) going well, but it comes down to preference really
GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0

6350 Is good proc no doubt I'd recommend this one though, do to it's added oomph when you need it
AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Six-Core Desktop Processor FD6300WMHKBOX

*Stock fan is adequate, but if looking for something neat or quieter , then ya the V6 cooler is apparently good. Get some good thermal paste too.It DOES help.
If your looking at future with triples and rFactor2 you need more then 8 GB of ram, 16 min...
I've always had my best luck with ram with Gskill (Even when pushing way past what it supposed to)
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) F3-14900CL10D-16GBXL

Just my recommendation on what I've built a few of for folks and are running strong. Remember when looking for a PSU to upgrade, go gold or Platinum taed, prefer Seasonic myself or any other major brand that rates well. Don't skimp on this part, it's heart of your system as you clean steady reliable power. And try to avoid SLI or X-fire Buy one card big enough to handle what you want , saves aggravation down the road. Hope this helps out.
