1990 has the same bug. The terrain doesn't reflect light in the bus stop making it impossible to drive. I'll test 1988 with the patch later tonight.

I keep getting a geometry track mismatch. I downloaded the track from this thread. What am i doing wrong?

I was getting that too, but after several reinstalls I got onto the server, Headlights seem to go out as I go down the pit straight flicker a couple of times then come back on after the hairpin...

If the headlights don't reflect of parts of the track then you don't have the patch properly installed... that's what the patch fixes. Your track folder should look like this (the highlighted files are the patched ones):  |

Can someone confirm the start time for this race? I think it is 9:30 PST making it 17:30 here.

Oooh this is a frustrating track, I either get the first half right and blow the second or the second right and blow the first...not once have I hooked up one good one. More practice needed!

Remember everyone, grid positions are by LiveRacers times at 12:01 PDT Sunday. So make sure LR is actually running before you run hot laps. Driver without LR times will be randonly gridded after those with times.

OK, LiveRacers has taken a dump again but luckily my server keeps a record of every lap. If LR is not back soon I'll simply process the server logs to generate the grid.

Heads up... I had fuel usage set at 1x on the practice server. It's now 2x for race conditions. If you've done any testing and strategy planning, make sure you adjust for 1/2 as many laps for a given amount of fuel.
