If your cards are the same model then the different speeds are likely due to the BIOS. IIRC, one the changes was to alter how the cards overclocked at load.
You'll have to check the card maker's support forums to be sure but I think I read that the updater is smart enough to prompt you to pick a card.

Head to the support forums for the card. Chances are someone else has had the same questions.

I wouldn't worry about it unless it's a huge speed difference. These cards change voltage and speed as needed anyway.
My older gaming system has two different brands of cards and I used to force them to the same speed but after a while I stopped caring because it didn't really seem to change anything.

My name is F1Fan07 and I am an addict. An additional $20 comes off that price with a rebate.

Every morning coffee break at work I sit down, sip my coffee, check for urgent emails then hit a website that aggregates Canadian pricing and check that card's pricing. $429 hit the button for me. LOL.

Dude! Keeping up with the Joneses! We are all SICK IN THE HEAD! You know, I was going to respond to F1's post by asking "what the hell do you need to run with SLI'd overclocked 4 GB 670 GPUs?", but then I remembered that I am no one to talk with two premium wheels (T500 and CSR Elite), two sets of Clubsports, triple screens for PC, Xbox and PS3, etc. If anything, I am the most sick in the head.

Ah compared to others we have a long way to go to be as crazy as what people I know spend on boat maintenance, wine, ski trips, etc... You know, I was going to respond to F1's post by asking "what the hell do you need to run with SLI'd overclocked 4 GB 670 GPUs? Because I can? When rF2 and pCARS launch I wanna max out the eye candy, especially those weather effects.
