If you have an AMD card I wouldn't even bother with Pcars until AMD and Slightly Mad Studios get that resolved. Here is what the benchmarks look like pclab.pl/art63572-7.htmlThe AMD R9 290x has a lower FPS than the Nvidia GTX 670. My boss bought it and has an AMD card and triple screens running. He didn't have any issues getting the triples to work but his R9 290 card is struggling at the moment. What surprises me is that the PS4 and Xbone both have AMD GPUs. Hopefully AMD will come out with a new driver or SMS will come out with a patch to fix the AMD card issues. |

He's running triples like rF2 does or the stretch out view? I don't see any options for a "multiview" in pCars

There is no multiview option for pCars at this time, so you have to deal with the stretched out side screens. I find it's less distracting with a closer FOV, but still quite noticeable. I don't understand why they left this option out. Assetto Corsa did it for crying out loud (and did it better than any other sim I might add).

Yeah I don't understand that either. It was a topic that was always coming up. Pretty much a first page thread through the years. They definitely cant say they didn't hear the people on that one.

I am enjoying the career mode on PC right now. I am almost done with my first season in the Ginetta and am looking forward to getting an offer from another team. Graphics are great with my 970 GPU. FFB and physics feel great with the T500. I also pre-ordered the Xbox One version so I can run Formula cars in a different career path and do multiplayer with the guys from 2Old4Forza.

Spazter aka ian from gbr and spazcar tweeted this I've seen comments from several developers about how Nvidia is very helpful to developers using their hardware and how AMD is much the opposite. It sounds like they got caught with their pants down with pCARS. |

I received my first payment this morning. 110% of what I put in. Actually, a little more because of exchange rate variation from 2012 to 2015. I bought in just to see what the hype was about and to experiment with a DX11 sim. I rarely drive it as there's no league playability to it but it's still a visually stunning game to drive for fun...

There are some funny posts on other forums about this. So far:
- one guy lost his cool because he thought he paid in Pounds and got cheated by being paid in the same number of Euros
- a guy confused about why he got his purchase refunded two years later
- some dude bitching about expecting a higher return after three years
People who obviously never understood what they were paying for and/or never visited the SMS forums because there have been alerts about the payment plan for many months.

Ahh, so you don't have AC then. My advice, don't bother with AC. I wish I never bought it. In my opinion it's a total waste of money, unless you like "simcades".
